Punjab government has announced a major reshuffle in the top bureaucracy, appointing Babar Sahib Din as DC Jhang.
Lahore: (RightNow). The Punjab government has announced a major reshuffle in the top bureaucracy. Babar Sahib Din has been removed from the position of DG Suthra Punjab and appointed as DC Jhang. The S&GAD department has issued an official notification regarding this.
Babar Sahib Din has also been relieved of the additional charge of MD Suthra Punjab Agency. Umar Javed, Director General PDMA, has been appointed as DG Suthra Punjab Authority.
Commissioner Faisalabad, Musarrat Jabeen, has been appointed as Secretary Public Prosecution. Imran Hamid, Director General Environment, has been appointed as Commissioner Faisalabad.
Umar Abbas Mela has been removed from the position of Deputy Commissioner Toba Tek Singh and appointed as DG PDMA. Saba Asghar Ali has been removed from the position of Deputy Commissioner Sialkot and appointed as Chief of Section in the Planning and Development Board.
It is important to note that these changes in Punjab’s bureaucracy are part of the government’s administrative reforms to improve the performance of various departments.
