Islamabad: (RightNow) An illegal medicine factory was discovered in Ghauri Town, Islamabad. A joint raid by DRAP and FIA led to the seizure of a large quantity of drugs.

Authorities reported that the factory was operating without registration and license. Medicines for both humans and animals were being produced. Two suspects have been arrested.

During the raid, a large amount of finished drugs, raw materials, and packaging materials were seized. The factory has been sealed and a case has been registered.

DRAP officials stated that all seized stock has been confiscated and further investigations have begun. Poultry drugs worth millions were also seized.

It is important to note that illegal drug manufacturing poses health risks and endangers public lives.
