Gilgit-Baltistan: (Right Now News) In Gilgit-Baltistan’s constituency GBA-17 Diamer 2, PPP’s Muhammad Naseem secured victory with 10,716 votes. JUI-F’s Rahmat Khaliq came second with 6,989 votes.

Independent candidate Abdul Karim received 4,000 votes, while PML-N’s Muhammad Zaman managed 1,344 votes. A total of 23,483 valid votes were cast, with 288 votes rejected.

The Returning Officer issued Form 49, announcing the final results. Previously, results for GBA-15 Diamer 1 were released, where independent candidate Muhammad Dilpazeer won.

This victory will significantly impact Gilgit-Baltistan’s political landscape as PPP has won a crucial seat. These results may alter the region’s political dynamics.
