Washington: (Right Now News) The U.S. Central Command has announced that Iran no longer has control over the Strait of Hormuz. The international waterway is open to all ships, and normal maritime traffic continues.

CENTCOM stated that the U.S. military is fully prepared to ensure the safe passage of ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Despite Iranian aggression and threats, it is essential to keep the global maritime route open.

The U.S. Central Command announced that a new series of attacks against Iran has begun. This action follows an attack by the Revolutionary Guards on a container ship.

As a result of the Iranian attack, one crew member went missing, and a fire broke out on the ship, severely damaging the engine room. This damage has made it impossible for the ship to continue its journey.

It is noteworthy that the U.S. had given Iran a chance to improve its behavior and adhere to the memorandum of understanding after attacks on commercial ships, but Iran failed to fulfill its responsibilities.
