Baqer Qalibaf stated that implementing the Iran-US agreement is challenging yet possible, with the Resistance Axis playing a crucial role.
Tehran: (Right Now News) Iran’s parliamentary speaker, Baqer Qalibaf, stated that implementing the agreement with the US is challenging yet possible. Deep differences exist between Iran and the US, but diplomacy can overcome them.
Baqer Qalibaf made this statement during a meeting in Tehran with Hamas leadership council head, Mohammad Darwish. Darwish was in Iran to attend the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
According to Iranian media, Qalibaf clarified that Iran is not ready for peace with the US and will not recognize Israel. Iran will continue to support the Resistance Axis and apply pressure through missiles or negotiations if necessary.
He further stated that Iran should avoid negotiations for the sake of negotiations. Ending the war against Iranian allies is also part of the agreement, which has been included.
It should be noted that Baqer Qalibaf mentioned in a meeting with the Yemeni Houthis’ Supreme Council Vice Chairman that the US and Israel had to acknowledge Iran’s allies in the Resistance Axis. This is considered a success of the agreement.
