PCB has installed the advanced TrueMan 3 bowling machine at the National Cricket Academy to enhance batters’ technical skills.
Lahore: (Right Now News) The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has installed the advanced TrueMan 3 bowling machine at the National Cricket Academy. This machine aims to modernize player training and enhance their technical skills.
According to PCB, this new technology will provide batters with practice opportunities similar to real match situations. It will refine players’ techniques and improve their performance.
The machine features a high-contrast LED animation of a bowler on its front screen. This helps batters accurately gauge the bowler’s action and timing.
Coaches can use this machine to save different deliveries and spells. These can later be used to simulate match-like conditions. Speed, line, length, and swing can be adjusted as needed.
It is noteworthy that the Pakistan Cricket Board is the first in the world to use this advanced machine. National team captain Salman Ali Agha has called it a significant advancement in line with modern cricket needs.
