YouTube has introduced a new user interface in its mobile app, making content access easier.
San Francisco: (Right Now News) YouTube has begun testing a new user interface for its mobile app’s home and subscription feeds. The aim is to make it easier for users to find relevant content.
This change is currently being tested among a limited number of users, during which the current position of feeds will be switched. The company hopes this will enable instant access to content.
YouTube has stated that the subscription feed is being moved from the navigation bar to the top of the screen to test a new swipeable feed. The relocation of other feeds, such as Movies and TV, is also under consideration.
This change will be introduced in a new layout where the Explore menu will appear when the screen is refreshed or scrolled up. Currently, this test is being conducted among limited Android and iOS users worldwide.
It should be noted that these changes in the YouTube app will be introduced to all users after testing.
