China: (Right Now News). President Asif Ali Zardari met with the Party Secretary and Governor of Hunan Province during his visit to China. They agreed to enhance cooperation in agriculture, health, education, and trade.

President Zardari emphasized that relations with China are a key component of Pakistan’s foreign policy. He invited the Party Secretary to Pakistan for the 75th anniversary celebrations of diplomatic relations.

The President praised Hunan’s capabilities in agricultural technology and expressed interest in increasing collaboration in agricultural research. Discussions also covered the potential for boosting bilateral trade between the two countries.

It is noteworthy that Hunan universities have signed 12 cooperation agreements with Pakistani institutions. Currently, 959 Pakistani students are studying in various fields in Hunan.

President Zardari also visited ‘Sany Heavy Industry’ and Hunan Tea Group in Changsha. He stressed the need to leverage Chinese companies’ expertise for industrial development in Pakistan.
