Washington: (Right Now News) White House spokesperson Caroline Leavitt stated that President Trump has not set a specific deadline for a ceasefire with Iran.

The spokesperson dismissed reports of a 3 to 5-day deadline, stating that the timing will be determined by the President himself. She added that Iran has been given a few days to present a unified proposal, during which a temporary ceasefire may be maintained.

President Trump is satisfied with the blockade in the Strait of Hormuz and expects Iran to return to negotiations due to economic pressure. The spokesperson mentioned that the U.S. President is awaiting Iran’s response.

The White House clarified that Iran must hand over enriched uranium, and the U.S. President will decide the economic timeline.
