Washington: (Right Now News) U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the two-week ceasefire with Iran will end on Wednesday evening, but there is hope for a peace agreement soon.

President Trump stated on Truth Social that negotiations with Iran are not being conducted under pressure and that this agreement will be better than those made during previous U.S. administrations.

Trump has described his deal as a major success compared to the 2015 global nuclear agreement, which included the U.S., UK, France, China, Russia, and Germany.

He warned that if no agreement is reached by April 22, the likelihood of extending the ceasefire is low, and the blockade will remain.

It should be noted that the U.S. President also mentioned that if no deal is reached by the end of the ceasefire, bombing on Iran could commence.
