California: (Right Now News) WhatsApp has started testing a new paid subscription model.

This model, known as ‘WhatsApp Plus’, is currently available to a limited number of users on Android devices in the beta version of WhatsApp.

According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp Plus includes several paywall features accessible only through a monthly fee.

The WhatsApp Help Center states that subscribers will have the ability to personalize premium stickers, themes, and icons.

It is worth noting that Meta is also testing Instagram Plus alongside WhatsApp Plus, with the possibility of offering free trials in the future.
