In an interview with Qatari broadcaster Al Jazeera, Rubio revealed that messages are being exchanged between the U.S. and Iran. President Trump always prioritizes negotiations.

Rubio warned that after U.S. military action, the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened, and if Iran attempts to close it, there will be severe consequences.

He criticized Iran, stating that the government is spending its resources on supporting Hezbollah and other groups. Iran will not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
