The prosecution argued that reviewing bank transactions is essential. The Mir Raza case has become high-profile, and a judicial commission is also investigating.
Investigative authorities stated they want to know the details of financial transactions. Bank officials have suggested contacting the State Bank for account access.
The government lawyer said bank details could assist in the investigation. The State Bank had refused access without a court order.
It is noteworthy that Mir Raza’s body was found in Gulistan-e-Jauhar at the end of July. The case was registered at Ferozabad police station, and the investigation is ongoing.
