Islamabad: (RightNow) Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari criticizes the logic behind creating new provinces. He suggests that if Islamabad has failed, Thar should be given responsibility.

Bilawal spoke at the inauguration of Thar Coal Phase III, highlighting that Thar’s coal, once deemed useless, now generates 2,000 megawatts of electricity. This success is crucial for both Thar’s development and the national economy.

He further stated that Thar’s progress is remarkable, with children excelling academically. Thar coal projects save $1.6 billion in foreign exchange, a significant achievement for the country.

Bilawal criticized political opponents, stating that some elements cannot digest Thar’s development. Efforts to promote divisive politics in Sindh will fail as Thar’s people continue their development journey.

It is noteworthy that Bilawal Bhutto emphasized improving the system instead of creating new provinces. If the federal government has failed, Thar’s model should be adopted to improve Islamabad’s schools and hospitals.
