London: (RightNow) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif attended the listing ceremony of Pakistan’s $3 billion Eurobond at the London Stock Exchange. He stated that Pakistan’s macroeconomic indicators are on the path to improvement.

The Prime Minister revealed that the Eurobond issuance attracted nearly $6 billion in orders from global institutional investors. The bond includes a $1.75 billion 5.5-year bond with a 7.5% coupon and a $1.25 billion 10-year bond with a 7.9% coupon.

Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the positive outcomes of the government’s economic reforms and digitalization efforts. He praised the efforts of the Finance Minister and other officials.
