New Delhi: (RightNow) The Indian Premier League (IPL) is under scrutiny due to match-fixing allegations. Indian investigative agency Tehelka claims that during IPL 2025, team information was provided to bookies in London.

The report reveals former first-class cricketer Rachit Bhatia admitted to sharing Chennai Super Kings’ information. Bhatia confirmed receiving 6 million rupees per match.

Allegedly, confidential information was sent via Snapchat to London. Approximately 30 million rupees were earned from five matches.

It is noteworthy that Bedi was bought by Chennai Super Kings for 5.5 million rupees in the IPL 2025 auction. According to Tehelka, Bedi passed game information to bookies.

Remember, Bhatia faced spot-fixing allegations in the 2018-19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The cricket board has yet to officially respond to these allegations.
