Washington: (RightNow) US CENTCOM has released a video of the rescue of a US pilot in Iran. The video surfaced five months after the incident.

The pilot of an American F-15E jet was shot down in Iran in April. One officer was rescued immediately, while another remained injured for 50 hours.

The Special Operational Command participated in the rescue mission to save the US pilot. The pilot attempted to evade Iranian forces by climbing a 7,000-foot mountain.

This video is the first time it has been shown to the American public, with the colonel sharing his experiences. He stated he survived for two days in the Iranian area with injuries.

It is noteworthy that the US pilot’s shoulder and back were injured due to a parachute malfunction. The incident occurred in Iran’s mountainous region.
