Lahore: (RightNow) An anti-terrorism court has granted post-arrest bail to Falak Javed in the Zaman Park police attack case. The decision was announced by Judge Malik Abid Hussain.

Falak Javed’s lawyer, Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq, presented detailed arguments in court, while the prosecution opposed the bail. After hearing the arguments, the court approved Falak Javed’s bail application.

In the application presented in court, Falak Javed’s lawyer stated that his client was charged under sections including the attack on police.

This case holds significance as Falak Javed was charged with attacking police, posing a threat to public safety.

It is noteworthy that Falak Javed is already imprisoned in connection with other cases from May 9 and faces multiple charges.
