New York: (RightNow) Leonardo DiCaprio and Jeff Bezos announce a $200 million investment for the conservation of endangered species. This investment will be made under the ‘Phoenix Species Project’ aimed at restoring 100 species.

The project will protect animals, birds, fish, and plants in 30 countries. It involves local communities, scientists, and environmental experts to ensure effective measures.

Of the $200 million, $100 million will be provided by the Bezos Earth Fund and $100 million by Re:wild. Other charitable organizations are also supporting this initiative.

Leonardo DiCaprio states that this effort will aid in preserving ecosystems crucial for the survival of species on the brink of extinction.

It is noteworthy that Leonardo DiCaprio is actively working on environmental protection, while Jeff Bezos’s Earth Fund supports efforts to conserve natural systems.
