NAB recovers Rs 2,450 billion in Q2 2026, reclaiming significant government land.
Islamabad: (RightNow) NAB has achieved a record recovery of Rs 2,450 billion in the second quarter of 2026. This performance report, released by NAB, highlights a significant achievement.
According to the report, total recoveries since March have reached Rs 16,940 billion. Additionally, 1,078,283 acres of government land have been reclaimed.
Under NAB’s actions, 24,365 victims have been returned Rs 42.30 billion and assets. In Sukkur, 853,678 acres of land have been reclaimed and transferred.
This performance could positively impact the country’s economy and increase public trust. NAB’s success has highlighted the importance of transparency in government institutions.
It is noteworthy that NAB has announced the end of file culture in real estate and a ban on cash property transactions, with all office operations being shifted to Pak e-Office and AI.
