Karachi: (RightNow) Renowned Pakistani cricketer Wasim Akram’s pet dog has gone missing from Karachi’s Defence area.

According to police, Wasim Akram’s black German Shepherd dog disappeared from his residence in Defence Phase 8. Wasim Akram has reported the dog’s disappearance to the police.

The Sahil police have initiated a search operation for the dog. Wasim Akram and his wife Shaniera have also shared the news of the missing dog on social media.

Shaniera Akram’s official Instagram stated that the dog is named Duke, a black German Shepherd. Wasim Akram has announced a reward of 2.5 lakh rupees for the return of the dog.

It is important to note that Wasim Akram is currently not in Pakistan, which is why he has requested help through social media.
