Lahore: (RightNow) Investigation in the harassment case against actress Momina Iqbal has concluded, finding MPA Saqib Chadhar guilty.

Additional Sessions Judge Nusrat Siddiqui presided over the hearing, with Momina Iqbal’s lawyer Adnan Ehsan and Saqib Chadhar’s lawyer Rana Maroof present in court.

Investigating Officer Najam Bajwa informed the court that Saqib’s wife Samira’s mobile phone was submitted to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

Momina Iqbal’s lawyer requested the court to cancel the interim bail of the accused, leading the court to summon both parties for the next hearing.

It is noteworthy that this case began with Momina Iqbal’s harassment allegations, with Saqib Chadhar as the main accused and the investigation ongoing.
