Mumbai: (RightNow) Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, have purchased a new luxury apartment in the Versova area of Mumbai. The apartment is located in the Godrej Sky Shore residential project.

According to documents, the apartment costs ₹18.29 crore and spans 2,644 square feet. It includes an additional exclusive area of 316 square feet and three parking spaces.

Official documents reveal the apartment price is approximately ₹69,159 per square foot. This reflects the growing demand for luxury properties in Mumbai’s western suburbs.

This purchase adds to Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s expanding real estate portfolio. The couple owns several valuable properties across India.

It is noteworthy that actress Tabu also bought a 2,153 square foot apartment in the same residential project for approximately ₹10 crore.
