Karachi: (RightNow). Sindh government spokesperson Sadia Javed states that the division of Sindh is unacceptable to the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). She emphasizes that Sindh is a red line for PPP, which will never support dividing it into administrative units.

Sadia Javed highlights that due to the current economic crisis, creating more administrative units is not feasible. She questions where the financial resources will come from to manage these units amid inflation.

Criticizing MQM leaders Mustafa Kamal and Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, she accuses them of never addressing their voters’ issues. Sadia Javed labels the division proposal as merely a political stunt.

She asserts that Karachi is the capital of Sindh, and PPP will never accept its division. Sadia Javed adds that while people in Punjab may want administrative divisions, Sindh’s residents do not.

It is noteworthy that work on the Red Line project in Karachi is progressing rapidly, with a deadline of July 31. Sadia Javed mentions that efforts are being made to address Karachi’s issues, with improvements expected by the year’s end.
