Gilgit: (Right Now News) Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for acknowledging the PPP mandate in Gilgit Baltistan. Bilawal made this announcement during the oath-taking ceremony of Chief Minister Amjad Hussain Advocate.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that representatives of the Muslim League supported them in Gilgit Baltistan. He emphasized that they will work together for the region’s development and ensure people’s rights.

He mentioned that the people of Gilgit Baltistan remember Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and their struggle for freedom from Dogra rule. Bilawal paid tribute to the sacrifices of the people and promised to secure constitutional rights.

Bilawal further announced plans for farming through public-private partnerships. He stated that the land belongs to the people, and they should decide its use. An economic environment will be created to provide employment.

It is noteworthy that local elections in Gilgit Baltistan have been announced before winter. Bilawal stated that the government belongs to both winners and losers, ensuring no party feels marginalized.
