Lahore: (Right Now News) Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari stated that the green electric bus project has improved the transport sector in Punjab. The demand for these buses is increasing.

According to Uzma Bukhari, citizens of Punjab are requesting Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to introduce electric buses in their areas as well. The government will soon provide this facility to 147 tehsils.

Currently, 1,100 electric buses are operating across Punjab, benefiting millions of citizens with quality and comfortable travel facilities. The government is further expanding this sector.

Uzma Bukhari mentioned that besides green buses, the provision of green tractors and electric bikes is also ongoing. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz prioritizes the welfare of farmers and youth.

It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is giving special importance to youth in development projects. Her performance and good governance have increased Punjab’s popularity.
