New York: (RightNow) A United Nations investigative team has accused the US of committing war crimes during the Iran conflict. The report reveals credible evidence of US forces attacking Minab School and Lamerd sports center in February.

The report states that Minab’s Shajara Tayyiba Primary School was a civilian building with no evidence of military use. US forces attacked based on the presence of an Iranian commander but failed to verify the information adequately.

According to the investigative mission, the attack on Minab School violates international humanitarian law. The Lamerd attack damaged residential buildings and a school, deemed indiscriminate and classified as a war crime.

This report will be presented at the upcoming Human Rights Council meeting. It reviews actions by both the US and Iran and highlights the impact of these attacks.

It is noteworthy that the US Central Command had denied responsibility for the Lamerd attack.
