Mumbai: (RightNow) Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has leased three floors of his commercial property in Mumbai. This agreement earns him ₹33 lakh monthly rent.

According to Indian media, Amitabh Bachchan leased three floors of the ‘Signature Building’ in Andheri West to the nutrition company ‘True Natuvo F-B Private Limited’ for five years. The company also received 9 designated parking spaces.

Property registration documents reveal the lease began on August 15, 2026, while the agreement was registered on August 7. The total area of the three floors is 8,428 square feet, and the five-year agreement is valued at ₹21.88 crore.

The agreement includes a 5% annual rent increase, which will be applied each year.

It is noteworthy that Amitabh Bachchan’s investments are not limited to Mumbai. In March this year, he purchased 2.67 acres of land in Ayodhya for ₹35 crore.
