Islamabad: (RightNow) The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has temporarily suspended its online registration due to potential cyber attack threats. This measure is taken in light of possible cyber threats on Independence Day.

The FPSC’s web services have been switched to read-only mode, which will remain until August 16. The public has been informed that web services will be limited from August 13 at 10 AM to August 16 at 12 PM.

Authorities have notified candidates that online registration for MPT 2027 will resume on August 16 at 12 PM. The committee further stated that a decision has been made to digitize the candidate communication system.

Under this new system, general recruitment candidates will receive notifications via web notices, emails, and SMS. Information regarding document verification and application rejections will also be provided through digital means.

It is important to note that the FPSC has taken these steps to ensure the security of services and improve the candidate communication system in light of potential cyber attack threats.
