Islamabad: (RightNow) The Federal Ministry of Finance announces a significant 31% increase in Pakistan’s exports for July 2026. According to the ministry, the export value reached $2.94 billion.

The Ministry of Finance’s released data shows a 9.5% annual increase in exports for July. Additionally, imports decreased by 0.2% compared to June.

The ministry’s statement highlights a reduction of over 15% in the trade deficit. This decrease is attributed to the rise in exports.

The Ministry of Finance indicates signs of improvement in the export sector’s performance. July’s figures are encouraging for the start of the fiscal year 2027.

It is noteworthy that the current fiscal year’s federal budget shows initial positive indicators based on export and private sector policies.
