The Popular Mobilization Forces have issued a statement confirming that 20 individuals were killed in attacks on their bases in northern Iraq. These attacks were part of a US and Saudi coalition operation.
The Iraqi government has not yet officially responded to the attacks that occurred on Wednesday morning. Baghdad had announced an investigation into Saudi Arabia’s allegations of drone attacks on Saudi installations from Iraqi soil.
