Mumbai: (RightNow) Renowned actor Aamir Khan has received a death threat from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threat is due to his marriage to Gauri Spirit, which the gang opposes.

According to Indian media, a social media post and audio clip from the Bishnoi gang label Aamir Khan’s marriage as ‘Love Jihad’. The post claims this act is against their culture.

Police have not yet received any complaint from Aamir Khan or his team. However, the threat was reported to the police through media, and verification is underway.

This issue has gained significance as Aamir Khan and Gauri Spirit recently married in a private ceremony in Mumbai, attended by close friends and family.

It is noteworthy that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has previously threatened Salman Khan. The gang has targeted several celebrities in the past, including singers and businessmen.
