Iranian attacks have disrupted Kuwait’s oil facilities and closed its airspace, affecting travel.
Kuwait City: (RightNow) Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has launched extensive attacks on American military bases in Kuwait. These attacks have affected key civilian and commercial installations in Kuwait.
Kuwait’s fire force confirmed that several firefighters were injured while extinguishing fires after the attacks. They reported that the injured received immediate medical assistance.
Following the attacks, Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity reported a fire in a section of a power plant. As a precaution, several units have been disconnected.
It is important to note that flights at Kuwait International Airport have been suspended due to these attacks. Kuwait Airways has informed passengers about changes in flight schedules.
Previously, airspace closures have occurred during regional tensions. Gulf countries are currently striving to protect citizens through air defense systems.
