Islamabad: (RightNow). Details of the conditions and perks for appointing federal and provincial law officers have emerged. In the federation, eligibility to become a Supreme Court judge is required for the Deputy Attorney General.

In Punjab, being an advocate of the Supreme Court is mandatory for the Additional Advocate General. In Sindh, seven years of experience in the High Court is required for the Advocate General. In Balochistan, eligibility to become a High Court judge is necessary for the Advocate General.

In Balochistan, three years of experience as an Assistant Advocate General is required for the Advocate General. Monthly perks for these officers have also been disclosed.

In Sindh, the monthly salary for the Additional Advocate General is 726,000 rupees. In Punjab, it is 690,000 rupees. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it is set at 576,000 rupees.
