New York artist Justin Gignac collected trash from around Madison Square Garden. These items were gathered during Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding ceremony.
Items sold included bottle caps, candy, police warning tape, and an AirPod. Each item sold for $25, and all were sold within 24 hours.
Justin Gignac stated that most buyers were Taylor Swift fans. He preserved the items in small transparent plastic cubes, turning them into artwork.
It is noteworthy that the artist has sold 50 items so far, earning $1,250. More items are expected to be offered for sale.
