Edinburgh: (Right Now News) The ICC has inducted former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly, English star Kevin Pietersen, and former Indian women’s captain Anjum Chopra into the Hall of Fame. Following this ceremony, the total number of Hall of Fame members has reached 125.

During the ceremony, the ICC Chairman presented honors to Kevin Pietersen and Anjum Chopra. Ganguly, alongside Sachin Tendulkar, established 21 century partnerships, a record in ODI cricket.

Kevin Pietersen scored 4,440 runs in 136 ODI matches. He was named Player of the Tournament in the 2010 T20 World Cup, where England emerged victorious.

Anjum Chopra played a crucial role in establishing a strong foundation for women’s cricket in India. She was the first Indian woman cricketer to receive honorary lifetime membership from the MCC.

It is noteworthy that induction into the ICC Hall of Fame is a prestigious honor bestowed upon legendary cricketers.
