Lahore: (Right Now News) The Punjab Excise Department has announced relief for citizens on timely payment of motor vehicle token tax.

According to the department, citizens will receive a 10% discount on token tax payments made by August 31, 2026.

The department clarified that citizens paying before the deadline will also avoid penalties.

This initiative is part of Punjab’s efforts to promote digital governance, providing the public with the convenience of online payments.

It is noteworthy that through e-Pay Punjab, citizens can pay their token tax online from home.
