Lahore: (Right Now News) The Tezgam Express traveling from Rawalpindi to Lahore derailed between Sihala and Chaklala. The incident occurred on Thursday morning as the train was en route to its destination.

According to railway sources, the administration promptly acted to get the train back on track. After repairs, the train resumed its journey towards Lahore.

Despite the derailment, there were no casualties, and all passengers remained safe. Railway staff arrived at the scene and cleared the track.

This incident highlights the need for enhanced safety measures for trains, especially on busy rail routes, to prevent such occurrences.

It is noteworthy that Tezgam Express is one of Pakistan’s busiest trains, transporting thousands of people daily between various cities.
