Wasim Akram has settled the debate on Karachi and Lahore’s food, declaring Karachi has more variety.
Karachi: (Right Now News). Former national cricket team captain Wasim Akram has settled the ongoing debate about the food in Karachi and Lahore. He stated that there is a heated discussion on social media regarding the cuisines of these two cities.
Wasim Akram shared that he was born in Lahore and spent 42 years there, while he has been residing in Karachi for the past 14 years. According to him, both cities have their unique culinary characteristics.
He mentioned that even Fawad Chaudhry agrees that Karachi’s food is commendable, but he concludes the debate by stating that Karachi offers more food variety.
Wasim Akram enjoyed dishes like chickpea curry and spicy chops in Lahore but noted that the use of spices has increased in Lahori cuisine.
It is worth noting that while Lahore has specific places known for good food, Karachi’s diverse population contributes to a greater variety of cuisines.
