Beirut: (Right Now News) Israeli forces attacked Lebanese journalists in Lebanon, resulting in the death of Amal Khalil and injury to Zainab Faraj.

Lebanon’s Ministry of Health reported that Israeli forces targeted journalists in the southern town of Al-Tayr. Amal Khalil and Zainab Faraj were taking shelter in a house after the initial attack.

When the Lebanese Red Cross arrived to transport the injured, Israeli forces obstructed the rescue operation, throwing stun grenades and firing at the ambulance. The injured Zainab Faraj and the bodies of two deceased individuals were taken to the hospital.

Rescue teams were unable to reach Amal Khalil due to heavy gunfire. Later, Lebanese soldiers recovered her body from the debris.

It is important to note that Lebanese authorities have condemned these actions as unacceptable and inhumane aggression.
