Karachi: (Right Now News) Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab has declared this year as the year for completing development projects. Significant development activities are underway in all towns of the city. KMC will spend 68 billion rupees on development projects this year, aiming for completion by June 15.

Murtaza Wahab visited various ongoing development projects in the city. He stated that there will be no compromise on the ongoing work in Karachi. Providing better infrastructure is his responsibility.

The Mayor inspected the restoration of Meesam Lee Street in the Old City. Journalists and municipal officers accompanied him. He mentioned that bringing media along aims to ensure transparency of the development work to the public.

The Mayor also reviewed mega development schemes in District Central. He inspected the restoration work on SM Taufiq Road. He is committed to completing the ongoing development work across the city soon.

It is noteworthy that Karachi Mayor has thanked Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Under his instructions, the pace of development work in the city has been accelerated. The People’s Party is committed to the city’s development and is striving to fulfill its promises.
