He mentioned on social media platform X that Pakistan’s stature has risen globally. He added that the success of today’s negotiations is vital for the Islamic world and global interests.

The Prime Minister has appealed to the public for prayers, and Mufti Taqi Usmani emphasized the importance of remaining engaged in prayers during this time.

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar expressed hope that both parties will proceed with the negotiations constructively.

It is noteworthy that after the ceasefire announcement on April 8, 71% of social media users praised Pakistan’s mediating role.
