Islamabad: (Right Now News) On the directive of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi, a public feedback feature has been introduced. This initiative aims to ensure timely delivery of services.
In a meeting, Sohail Afridi instructed the Right to Services Commission to enhance its effectiveness. Institutional integration and digitization of the commission were also discussed.
Sohail Afridi deemed delays in service delivery unacceptable. He emphasized keeping citizens informed about services available under the commission.
This initiative is crucial for removing administrative hurdles in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It will enable prompt action on citizens’ complaints.
It is noteworthy that 80 services across 14 departments have been notified under the commission, with 89 more to be included, enhancing public convenience.
