Lahore: (Right Now News). The Punjab government has extended the enforcement of Section 144 for 30 days. This decision was made due to security concerns.

The Punjab Home Department has maintained a complete ban on outdoor drone flying across the province. The prohibition on flying drones in open spaces under Section 144 has been extended further.

The government has allowed limited use of small drones during indoor events in halls and marquees. Organizers will be responsible for the safe use of drones in indoor events.

Law enforcement and intelligence agencies are exempted from this ban. The purpose of this decision is to ensure the security of the province.

It is noteworthy that the ban on drone usage in Punjab was already in place due to security reasons.
